maintain stamina


a long time ago, garlic is used as medicine and healing therapies that will be undertaken continuously to improve stamina and smooths the skin. people who suffer from low blood pressure is not good use of this therapy, because the garlic will further lower blood pressure.
below is a way to maintain stamina using garlic:
eaten raw, or in soy sauce made
If these recipes do every day in the stamina you'll wake up and not easily cape.
